Reservation & Payment Policy

Booking can be done only via e-mail. Of course, later on, we may discuss the details on the phone.

Deposit & Payment:

• As a first booking stage, You may send me a copy of your hotel reservation. That will be treated as a money deposit order
• No later than 21  days before the tour date You may send me  twenty five  percent deposit is required   confirming the tour date,  payment by a bank transfer to the Warsaw Guide bank account (in advance) and another seventy five percent no later than twenty  one  days before the tour starts ( full payment )
• If You book a multi-day tour with me no later than 45 days before the tour starts fifty percent deposit is required  and another fifty percent  no later than fourteen days before the tour starts

Cancellation:

• If you cancel your booking less than 21  days  before the tour, fifty percent of your  deposit is non-refundable
• If You cancel your reservation for a multi-day tour within 28 days before the tour starts  fifty percent  of your deposit is non – refundable 
• if You book a multi -day tour with within specified dates and and You want to switch the dates while I am not available  ninety percent of your deposit is non- refundable  
• If you cancel your booking within 21  days before the tour date, thirty percent of your  deposit is non -non-refundable
• If  You  cancel your bookings fourteen days before the tour starts  ninety   percent of your deposit is non-refundable 
• If You book a tour with me one month or more in advance – I will need a confirmation from You via e-mail at least seven days before the tour date, otherwise the reservation is canceled by myself.
